I use the Enneagram typing to explore behavior patterns, so that you become aware of them and their consequences. This model reveals how we acquire unhelpful behaviors and strategies to avoid pain instead of focusing on joy and freedom. Through uncovering the different instincts of your personality we are able to encourage more conscious choices, promote self-acceptance and growth.
